I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 8 years of experience working with children; adolescents; and adults. Some frequent concerns I work with include stress management; life transitions; anxiety; depression; trauma; and building self-esteem. In addition to providing support; I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); solution-focused techniques; and trauma-focused techniques. Outside of work; I enjoy being outside; cooking; and playing with my dog.
