Lauren specializes in counseling individuals with various mental health concerns (depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder). In addition, she is experienced in working with client who are struggling with bereavement, lifestyle transitions (death, divorce, relationship matters) and families who may be grieving the loss of a loved one due to suicide.
