I use a non-judgmental and compassionate approach with all my clients. I employ goal-oriented and solution-focused methods, combining various treatments listed below. I tailor my approaches and therapies because each client is different and unique. I practice active listening, validate feelings, and provide emotionally supportive responses so clients feel comfortable opening up to me. I understand it can be difficult to talk about sensitive, personal subjects. I have 25 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Bachelor's and Master's in Counseling from Rider University. I have worked with different levels of care and diverse populations. I have two children and two fur babies. What should a new client know about working with you?

I will try my best to make you feel comfortable as I can. I am a great listener and will offer insight, questions, and homework to help you with your mental health concerns.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is an intake where I get to know you and the issues you would like to work on. After the first session, I would continue to get to know you and ask questions. I would offer insight, strategies, therapy, and homework to help you with your issues. We explore coping skills and life balance to start with with.
