Throughout life, we experience successes, and inevitably, face challenges. That’s simply part of being human. These challenges can impact our mental health, and I am passionate about prioritizing mental health early on, before emotions feel too heavy to carry on our own. Everyone deserves support in navigating both the highs and lows that are part of the human experience.
I see therapy as a non-judgmental space where all feelings are valid. Sometimes, we just need some guidance putting those feelings into words and finding healthy ways to cope. My goal is to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I aim to work collaboratively with you, utilizing a person-centered approach to foster insight and personal growth.
What should a new client know about working with you?
As a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I am committed to providing impactful support that encourages meaningful growth and promotes well-being. I have experience working with diverse populations, including adults in the criminal justice system with mental health diagnoses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, brief psychotic disorder, and several substance use disorders. I have also worked with children experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral needs, such as anxiety, depression, grief, anger and frustration, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
My experience has allowed me to deeply understand that every person’s journey is unique and all individuals are worthy of personalized care. I am dedicated to supporting you in understanding your own strengths and empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and emotional strength.
