My approach is primarily psychodynamic which means we work together to better understand the thoughts, feelings, relationship patterns and experiences that may be influencing how you navigate your life today. I believe therapy is most effective when it is grounded in a trusting, collaborative relationship where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. Rather than focusing only on managing symptoms, I focus on providing an opportunity to explore underlying patterns and the development of greater self-awareness and insight. My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen your relationships, develop more fulfilling ways of coping, and create meaningful, lasting change.
