I have been a Social Worker for about 12 years, and have worked in multiple settings including in the community, Private Practice, and at two different Children's Hospitals. I have experience working with school age children, teenagers, and adults. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety and depression, as well as some trauma. I also have experience working with individuals working through the adjustment and struggles of parenting, and also have personal experience with this as I am a Mother of two! In our first session together, here's what you can expect In our first session I will be asking questions to better understand the reason you are seeking therapy. I will talk to you about your past experiences in therapy and things you have found helpful or that have not been helpful for you. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions I believe that clients feel like I provide a safe and non judgmental space for them to express their themselves and be themselves. The clients I'm best positioned to serve The vast majority of my experience is working with individuals with anxiety, depression, or adjustment disorder. I particularly feel equipped to work with parents from my experience as a Medical Social Worker at two different hospitals, working with parents in a therapy setting, and being a parent myself. I also have worked with teenagers in both a therapy and volunteer setting.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
