About My Areas of Focus Adults & Teens My desire is to provide a space where you feel supported and understood. To me, counseling is a team effort where I come alongside you to offer insight and guidance as you move towards your goals. I provide a personalized approach facilitated by one or more evidence-based therapies, including: cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, emotionally focused therapy, and the Gottman Method. I also provide Christian counseling upon request. Children I strive to connect with your child in sessions full of warmth, creativity and empowerment. I have training in play therapy, which allows children to express their feelings and experiences through their natural language of play. I also use behavioral strategies to help children learn new skills and build positive habits. I’m passionate about partnering with families to bridge gaps in communication, strengthen parent-child relationships, and make meaningful changes at home. Why I love what I do I love listening to my clients’ stories, witnessing their growth, and being a supportive person by their side. It is an honor to care for others and help them feel valued and understood.
