I help clients that struggle with but not limited to depression; conflict management; anxiety; and many interpersonal issues. I have worked closely with families and assisted with behavior modification and problem solving. I also assist mothers that have any concerns with postpartum. I want to help those suffering in silence find their voice. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy; Solution-Focused Therapy; and Strength-based Therapy. I believe in guiding members with compassion and care to help reach the maximum peace possible!
