As your counselor, I hope to guide you to a life where you feel calmer and at peace with yourself. I specialize in working with life transitions such as a cancer diagnosis, the loss of a loved one, or anxiety. I believe that healing begins when we take time to understand how our past experiences have shaped who we are today. Together, we’ll gently explore your wounds, emotions, and struggles, creating space for healing and a greater sense of peace.
