This showed me the efficacy of ERP, which is also effective for OCD. My brother has OCD, which continues to inform my understanding of the diagnosis. This fuels my passion to make effective treatments more accessible to those who need them. In addition to OCD, I specialize in treating grief, anxiety, trauma, and depression.
