What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and focused on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe that real change happens when you feel both supported and challenged in the right ways, so our work together will be a balance of compassionate listening and practical, actionable steps. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. For clients who desire it, I also provide faith-based Christian therapy, integrating biblical principles and spiritual encouragement into the therapeutic process. I truly believe no matter your past, your pain, where you've been or where you're going, God can heal anyone and anything. "With God all things are possible." Matthew 19:26 You can expect sessions to feel conversational yet purposeful, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop strategies you can use right away in your daily life. My goal is that you leave each session feeling heard, encouraged, and equipped with tools to help you move forward in both your personal and spiritual growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In a typical session, we’ll check in on your current concerns, explore deeper patterns, and work toward clear goals. I’ll offer insights, coping strategies, and guided exercises. Sessions are conversational, with space for reflection, problem-solving, and—if you choose—faith-based encouragement.
