Lauren utilizes an integrative approach that combines traditional talk therapy with creative and experiential techniques, including expressive arts, sand tray therapy, and mindfulness practices. These methods are particularly effective in helping clients express and process emotions that may be difficult to articulate with words alone. Lauren believes that healing is a holistic and personal process, and she is dedicated to empowering clients in finding their voice and sense of agency. She works collaboratively with clients to develop a plan for care that feels most affirming and supportive to the individual’s unique goals. Together she and her client/(s) work towards healing. Whether through verbal processing, creative expression, or mindfulness practices, Lauren helps each client tap into their inner resources for healing and personal growth.
