They often identify as LGBTQ+ or are exploring their identity, and may feel isolated, misunderstood, or unsafe in their environments.

When emotions feel too big to manage or the weight of depression makes everything seem impossible, it can be hard to see a way forward. You may feel out of control, exhausted, or deeply alone—but you don’t have to stay stuck. In a safe, affirming space, healing is possible.
