I am a dedicated psychotherapist who offers virtual counseling services and in person mini retreats that encourage connection to nature and ketamine assisted psychotherapy through Apothecary Gardens NY. I earned my bachelor's degree at Boston University and my master's degree in social work from the Silberman School of Social Work. My work is rooted in the principles of mindfulness, compassion, and the belief in the deep interconnectedness of all life. I take a client-centered approach, focusing on restoring hope and partnering with each individual on their journey to reconnect with their authentic self.
