First, I'd like to congratulate you for making the decision to pursue counseling and being ready to make changes in your life. Whether you have had past traumatic experiences or the pressure and stress from life is becoming overwhelming, I look forward to developing a therapeutic alliance with you to help you accomplish your goals. I specialize in treating Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder. I work with both adults and adolescents (12+). Our work together will be collaborative and solution-focused. My treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. All of our counseling sessions will be conducted via Doxy, a HIPAA-compliant virtual telehealth software. My mission is to help you find balance and fulfillment in your life. We can accomplish this through evaluating your perspective, developing coping strategies, and improving self-care. I earned my Master's in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of North Texas, which has equipped me with the skills to support your unique needs effectively. First and foremost, I believe in meeting the client where they are at and treating them with unconditional positive regard. Together, we will work towards accomplishing your goals.
