While I have a special passion for supporting women through reproductive and maternal mental health concerns, my work extends to young adults through seniors experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply feeling stuck or uncertain. What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in women’s mental health, including infertility, perinatal and postpartum transitions, anxiety, trauma, and general life stressors. I use a blend of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Somatic, and collaborative techniques in order to find what works best for you. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, and I believe it's important to discover what works best for my clients on an individual basis. For clients wanting a spiritual lens, I also offer Christian counseling to clients. Therapy is tailored to your needs and goals. With over 12 years of experience in women’s health, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside women through some of life’s most personal and challenging seasons. So many women are suffering quietly—navigating struggles with their health, the complex emotions of motherhood, identity shifts, and major life transitions—all while trying to keep everything together. I believe that every person deserves a safe, supportive space where they can be heard, seen, and understood without judgment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work together will begin with an intake session. This first meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other and to begin building a foundation of trust and understanding. During this session, I’ll ask you questions to better understand your history, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll also talk about what you’re hoping to gain from our time together, and begin to identify some initial goals that can help guide our work moving forward. After the intake session, our ongoing counseling sessions will typically focus on the goals we’ve set together. Each session will offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and challenges. While I may offer guidance or introduce strategies and tools that support your growth, the sessions are ultimately shaped by your needs and what feels most relevant to you each week. Therapy is a collaborative process, and your input and feedback are always welcome. As we move forward, we’ll regularly check in on your goals and progress to make sure our work continues to feel meaningful and helpful to you. My role is to support and walk alongside you as you work toward greater clarity, healing, and overall well-being.
