The journey to create lasting change can be overwhelming and challenging. You don’t have to do it alone. I can help you navigate that dark night of the soul to find healing and growth through an authentic, therapeutic relationship. You are welcome here as you are, with all of your grief, pain, and fear.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I support clients struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic illness, and the effects of abuse (emotional, physical, sexual, or narcissistic abuse). I am experienced in working with gifted individuals, highly sensitive people, and introverts who often face unique struggles not commonly addressed in mainstream psychology. Licensed in IL and NM
