I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor’s degree from Adelphi University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and effective support.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York State. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work at Adelphi University and my Master’s Degree in Social Work at Stony Brook University. I have experience working with adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, and older adults. My areas of focus include but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, substance abuse, and low self-esteem. Through compassion and humor (when appropriate), I foster a safe and non-judgmental space for you to process your emotions, challenges, and successes while promoting growth and healing.
