I'm looking forward to beginning this journey with you! I've worked in the mental and behavioral health fields for over 7 years. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University and hold a Bachelor's degree from Bryn Athyn College. I enjoy working full-time as a certified school counselor in schools and as a licensed professional counselor at New Beginnings Virtual Counseling LLC. I have experience working as a behavioral consultant and counseling therapist, compassionately providing care to children, teens, and adults to treat anxiety, depression, Autism, ADHD, impulse control, stress, and anger management. Together, we will achieve your goals in a safe, nonjudgmental space so that you not only overcome any challenges you face but thrive.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I individualize care by assessing your needs and implementing a combination of approaches with cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, behavioral therapy, and play therapy techniques to help you instill the tools and skills you need to be successful and the best version of yourself. We'll work through each step together and a safe therapeutic space.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I’m looking forward to working with you in a warm and welcoming environment to develop your goals and solutions together! Sessions are collaborative and I individualize treatment to specifically focus on your needs. I also encourage and I'm always open to feedback because I want therapy to be the most beneficial for you!
