What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients working with me can expect a therapy experience that is supportive, reflective, and built on connection. I provide a space where you can explore topics at your own pace, without judgment or pressure. My approach is collaborative—I don’t push specific outcomes but instead help you gain clarity, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools for emotional regulation. I integrate mindfulness, somatic work, and breathwork to support clients who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. The therapeutic relationship is central to my work, and I focus on creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you're navigating stress, trauma, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, or relational struggles, I am here to support your journey toward healing and growth. Every client’s journey is unique, and I adapt my approach based on what feels most helpful for you. My goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered in your personal growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is flexible and tailored to each client and meets you where you are. In our first sessions, I focus on creating a safe and supportive space where you can share your experiences at your own pace. I take the time to understand your history, current challenges, and goals for therapy. Through deep listening, attunement, and reflection, I help you explore your emotions, thought patterns, and relational experiences. I also provide psychoeducation about in ways that are easy to understand, helping you gain insight into your experiences and start building the tools you need for emotional regulation and self-care Emotional Processing & Skill Building When you feel safe and ready, we begin deeper emotional processing. This may involve working through past trauma, addressing self-esteem challenges, or developing new ways of relating to yourself and others. We integrate practical tools for meeting your goals. Having tools helps you feel more grounded and in control. Integrating Growth & Moving Forward As you gain insight and develop new coping strategies, we shift the focus to integrating these changes into your daily life. I support you in strengthening confidence, decision-making, and self-trust while fostering self-sufficiency. The therapeutic relationship serves as a secure base as you navigate new challenges. Closure & Transition When you feel ready, therapy may transition to less frequent sessions or move toward closure. We reflect on your progress, acknowledge your growth, and ensure you feel equipped to continue your journey outside of therapy.
