I help young adults who feel stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected build confidence, emotional clarity, and a more grounded sense of self. My approach is warm, practical, and real—you won't find any of the stuffiness of outdated therapy here. I take pride in helping young adults navigate the real, everyday hardships of life. My style is relatable, grounded, and built on both professional expertise and lived experience. You’ll get a therapist who truly “gets it” and who brings a toolbox of practical, evidence-based skills to help you manage anxiety, stress, relationships, and big life transitions. Together, we’ll create a space where you can be honest, supported, and empowered as you make room for sustainable and long-term growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When we work together, we start with a brief phone consultation so I can learn what you’re looking for and make sure I’m the right fit for your needs. From there, we schedule an intake session where we mindfully and gently explore your inner-world (relationships, stressors, history) and the important things that brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll identify your goals and create a personalized treatment plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with what you want for your life. Therapy with me is collaborative, transparent, and designed to help you heal at a pace that feels right for you.
