Hello! My name is Mickaela and I'm so glad that you're here. I understand that seeking out therapy can be challenging. I also believe that therapy is a space for everyone-to feel seen, heard, valued and respected. I bring a compassionate, creative, client-centered, authentic approach to every session. With nearly a decade in the helping profession, I have had the opportunity to walk alongside clients through some of life's most challenging moments, and celebrating some of the best.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with survivors of trauma, children and teens, as well as adults in all phases of life. I offer individual counseling (ages 6 and up); as well as therapy for families and couples. I view therapy as a collaborate partnership, tailoring each session to your needs. Whether you are struggling with your past, finding difficulty navigating life and relationships, or seeking clarity and growth, I want to provide a space where you can show up as yourself.
