What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first sessions, we’ll get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you to therapy. From there, we’ll set goals together and move at a pace that feels right for you. My work is rooted in affirming care for LGBTQ+ folks, perinatal clients, and those navigating disordered eating or body image concerns.
