All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor in the state of Ohio. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, anger management, ADHD, addiction, and bipolar disorder. I hold a Master of Education in Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College and a Master’s in Criminal Justice along with a Bachelor’s degree from Tiffin University. I believe in taking a collaborative approach with my clients to help them reach their goals. Our sessions will be highly individualized and tailored to your unique needs. I utilize creative therapies, DBT, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, strength-based therapy, and trauma-focused therapy within my practice. I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
