Hi there, I'm Lauren. Have you experienced trauma from childhood or adulthood? Have you served in the military? Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, and health? I help high performers manage trauma, anxiety, and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to living a higher quality of life. Whether you're dealing with trauma, relationship issues, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, which informs my approach to providing effective, empathetic care. Let's just chat and figure this out TOGETHER!

What should a new client know about working with you?

Our first session with be stress-free, just two people having a conversation. I will collect a little background information over the next few sessions. We can begin to tackle problems, concerns or issues one at a time together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Lauren has been direct, accepting, and helped me focus on discovering and healing myself rather than other's perception of me. It's still a work in progress, and I am very grateful for her insight and demeanor.
I was hesitant about joining Therapy again, however Lauren is awesome. I have shared things with her in the 1st few sessions that I haven't shared with anyone else. PS... you need to be able to check more than 2. I wanted to check several for Lauren!!
