I aim to create a safe space that feels warm, collaborative, and judgment-free. I meet clients where they are and use active listening so they feel truly heard. Guided by empowerment theory, I draw from CBT, trauma-informed practices, and motivational interviewing to build confidence, strengthen trust, and develop tools for navigating life’s challenges.
