I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work primarily with adults navigating relationship challenges, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, and difficulties with trust, self-worth, and emotional connection. I help clients understand how early experiences and core beliefs shape the patterns they continue to experience in relationships, emotions, and daily life. Together, we work toward building healthier relationships, greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of self. Depending on what’s helpful, we may draw from CBT, DBT skills, ACT strategies, schema work, and attachment-based or relational approaches to support emotional regulation, coping skills, relationships, and personal insight.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
