The journey towards better mental health starts with reaching out to our office and arranging a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This initial conversation allows us to assess your needs and ensure that we are the right fit for you. Following a successful consultation, we'll schedule your first appointment, which will be an in-depth 90-minute session dedicated to understanding your concerns and establishing a personalized treatment plan. Subsequent appointments will be held weekly, each lasting 60 minutes, as we work together on your path to improved well-being.
