Her experiences working with those affected by chronic conditions, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), have resulted in a comprehensive, collaborative approach to care that caters to the physical and mental health needs of clients and their families. What is your typical process for working with clients?
The journey towards better mental health starts with reaching out to our office and arranging a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This initial conversation allows us to assess your needs and ensure that we are the right fit for you. Following a successful consultation, we'll schedule your first appointment, which will be an in-depth 90-minute session dedicated to understanding your concerns and establishing a personalized treatment plan. Subsequent appointments will be held weekly, each lasting 60 minutes, as we work together on your path to improved well-being.
