I am an LPC and Professional School Counselor with seven years of professional experience. I have helped clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, problem solving, goal setting, and coping with life changes. I've spent the majority of my counseling career working with teens and young adults from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of presenting issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I earned my MEd in School Counseling from Dallas Baptist University, which has equipped me with the skills to support and empower you on your journey. What should a new client know about working with you?
During our sessions, you can expect a compassionate, empathetic, and safe environment. As a therapist, I will provide you with an insight into the cause of how you were feeling, advice with handling different difficult situations, and education on how the body and mind work within ourselves and the environment.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
