I see my role as a guide to my client in which together we mutually explore, experience and assess needs and concerns. I value providing a warm and affirming space in for my clients. It is important that my clients feel comfortable exploring and addressing challenging life situations in a positive, non-judgemental an relaxed environment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first few sessions are focused on getting acquainted with my client and begin to explore how I can best support my clients wish to have a more fulfilling life. Through a guided conversation, I like to learn about my client's concerns, hopes, strengths, and historical as well as current experiences and relationships. My approach is low key and open minded.
