I am an experienced, compassionate psychotherapist helping clients decrease anxiety, find fulfillment, and learn coping skills. I provide a safe space to heal from past experiences and offer practical strategies for healthy relationships with ourselves and others. I also support parents and caregivers in unique situations. I am a native of the Seattle area with over 20 years of experience. As the Director of a trauma clinic, I have worked with families in crisis. Additionally, I have served as a therapeutic teacher and therapist for individuals affected by trauma and neglect. While I have experience as a marriage and family therapist, my current focus is on working with adults.
