Life has a way of bringing us to moments where something in our relationship or life needs to shift, even if we're not quite sure what. If you've found yourself in one of those moments, I'm glad you're here. I work with couples, families, young adults, and midlife women navigating relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and women's health concerns, including menopause. I am part of the PairCare practice, specializing in relationships, couples therapy, and life transitions. Whether you're working through relationship patterns, your direction, or want to understand yourself more deeply, my goal is to offer a space where you feel genuinely heard and never judged. I use a structurally informed, Adlerian approach and integrate attachment, CBT, DBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, because every person and relationship is unique. Counseling is my second career, and that journey reminds me every day that growth isn't linear and meaningful change is possible at any stage of life. At PairCare, you'll receive thoughtful, evidence-based care backed by a collaborative team dedicated to helping you build stronger relationships and a more fulfilling life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a hand-selected PairCare therapist, I practice the PairCare Method, a specialized couples focused therapy approach dedicated to clinical excellence in relationship therapy. The approach blends Adlerian theory, or personal psychology, Minuchin's Structural theory and Haley's Strategic work into a cohesive method of care, specifically tailored towards every stage of a relationship, from beginning to end.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients are guided through a structured yet flexible process that includes problem identification, exploration of family-of-origin influences, individualized treatment planning, and experiential interventions integrated throughout the therapeutic process. Together, these components are designed to foster meaningful change and strengthen clients' sense of personal and relational worth.
