Getting to know Laurisa Rogers

I believe healing begins in a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, understood, and comfortable exploring the challenges you are facing. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, better understand the impact of past experiences, and develop the tools needed for lasting emotional healing and growth. Together, we will identify the root causes of distress while building healthy coping strategies that support meaningful and sustainable change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide trauma informed treatment for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, chronic illness, and life transitions. I have advanced training in treating trauma-related disorders and am an EMDR Certified Therapist with extensive training to help clients heal from these experiences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. I strive to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe, empowered, and supported throughout the healing process. I have been in private practice since 2006 and currently provide telehealth therapy in Idaho and Florida.
