What should a new client know about working with you?

You'll have a voice in the counseling process. My clients often give me feedback on what is working in therapy and what their needs are. You get to build a counseling relationship that brings healing to your life. I listen to what you're saying and get to know you authentically. You get to show up, unguarded, and just be yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I help clients through an initial phone call consultation, insurance check, and onboarding. Then, in counseling, I guide you to make goals for your life and for therapy so that our work is grounded. So often, I hear clients benefit from being given the space to ramble, vent, and process their life with someone who can help them. I'll bring structure and check-in with you to make opportunities to see changes over time.
