My master's degree in Counseling from Lindenwood University enabled me to grant counseling in various states. In addition to Tava, I actively promote emotional well-being, resilience, and healing as a speaker, podcast co-host, and author by providing education and initiating candid conversations. When not at work, I relish spending time with my family, traveling, reading, pursuing personal development, and aiding my community.
