Hello, I'm Lawrence. Life has a way of presenting unforeseen circumstances for all of us. Having support when we need it the most is a valued service, and it's a service I am passionate about providing to my clients. My focus is on helping you find strength, build on hope, and develop skills to become more resilient for the challenges you may face.
I have worked with people of all ages and stages of life, serving individuals, groups, and families in outpatient, residential, and inpatient settings. Much of my recent experience has been in crisis and acute environments, and my practice is currently focused on serving adults.
With over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, including the past 10 years in clinical roles, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our sessions. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana and a Certified Financial Social Worker.
I specialize in areas such as anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, intimate/romantic relationships, life transitions, stress. I am available to provide my services using virtual sessions.
Many clients have shared their appreciation for my authentic, calm, caring, and nonjudgmental approach in helping them process their unique needs. I use an eclectic, person-centered, strengths-based, cognitive approach to identify and address your needs. In our first sessions, we will focus on identifying challenges, and in subsequent sessions, we will work on developing strategies for change.
Outside of my professional life, I value staying grounded and connected to the things that bring me joy and balance. This helps me bring my best self to our sessions.
