My approach is warm and accepting, and I meet clients where they are while gently guiding them toward the direction they want to go. What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients to bring out their strengths and improve relationships. By creating a safe, positive environment, clients can grow into their best selves, build fulfilling lives, and connect with the people around them. I also work with women navigating childbirth so they can feel confident in their new role as mothers.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Whether you’re looking to set boundaries, navigate life transitions, or communicate in a healthy way, therapy is a space to advocate for your needs and become the best version of yourself. Through my positive, strengths-based approach, I work with each client individually to help them achieve their unique goals. Together, we’ll dig into your thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs to address your issues and use those insights to find hope and build a more fulfilling life. Therapy can be hard work, so I love throwing in dashes of lightness and humor along the way. In therapy, you can show up as whoever you want to be and I’ll hold space for all the different parts of you. Whether you’re moving through loss, addressing conflict, or starting a new chapter in your life, you and your needs will always come first in our work together.
