Therapy does not have to feel intimidating, clinical, or like you are simply checking a box. I believe therapy works best when you feel understood, respected, and comfortable being your authentic self. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a supportive, practical, and evidence-based approach to helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and feeling stuck. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest about what is happening while working together toward meaningful change. I combine evidence-based interventions with genuine conversation, helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns. Whether you are struggling with overwhelming anxiety, burnout, low motivation, self-doubt, or major life changes, therapy can help you develop the skills and confidence to move forward. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on helping you make changes that actually fit your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially if you are unsure what to expect. My role is not to judge, tell you what you “should” do, or make assumptions about your experiences. Instead, we will work together to identify what is getting in your way, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you create lasting change. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard while also being challenged in ways that support growth.
