“Lea offers valuable perspectives that I hadn’t previously considered. She challenges me in a supportive and respectful way, allowing us to collaboratively guide the direction of my therapy. This approach creates a comfortable environment, even on days when I’m unsure of what to discuss or how to support myself. She also equips me with practical tools to use outside of our sessions.”

Getting to know Lea Hunter

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and also licensed in Tennessee and Florida. I have been practicing for more than 20 years, using an integrated style of theories in counseling. I believe the intervention should match the client rather than a "one size fits all" approach. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
