My personal experience with this has been horrible. I was supposed to have an appointment at 12. I called the number because I never got any information about signing in for my video visit to call and find out that my appointment was canceled because of my insurance, but was never told when I booked the appointment. It said that they accepted my insurance so again I’ve had a horrible experience and I’m still looking for a therapist.
