I integrate my nursing experience with counseling techniques, ensuring a holistic perspective that addresses your mental and physical health needs. I offer therapy with a Choice Theory/Reality Therapy (CT/RTC) lens, sprinkled in with some positive psychology and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). I offer walk and talk therapy also (weather permitting).
