What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions, expect genuine empathy, nonjudgmental support, and collaborative exploration. Together, we'll uncover strengths, navigate challenges, and cultivate positive change in a safe, optimistic space. I organize an initial session for us to get acquainted, discuss current concerns, and set goals for treatment. Afterward, I plan and implement a series of unique treatment modalities that are specific to each individual client.
