“Leah has been a godsend! I highly recommend her to anyone. She is truly someone that cares so deeply about her patients and I look forward to speaking with her leading up to appointments. Even after 5 minutes of the first time meeting with her, I knew I could be vulnerable and really open up with past traumas. She comes up with fantastic ideas to work on yourself outside of your sessions! Choosing a therapist is tough, but I will say I got lucky with her since she was the first one I had met with from my “prospect” list. I hope this review can help others that were in the same position I was a year and a half ago.”

Booking: My first appointment went well, and I loved that they provided surveys/paperwork prior to the appointment for you to fill out before, so there is minimal paperwork in the office. There are a few final forms at first appointment, though, so be sure to arrive early as they recommend! Leah: Leah is super kind and welcoming, and was very receptive/attentive. I’ve only had one appointment so far, but she seemed to be as equally excited as myself to figure out strategies to get me feeling my best. Also, she is very accommodating to preferences of in person vs telehealth, and was able to get me scheduled for several sessions, which was really great as I know schedules can often be super booked!
Leah is the best!! She’s very understanding, patient, caring, helpful and great at her job. I recommend Leah to anyone that needs help.
