I hope to help make the counseling process as painless as possible by working together with my clients to develop a plan of action. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, which equips me with the skills to support my clients effectively.

I use a get-to-know-you first approach, to explore what brought you to therapy and then tailor a treatment plan and my approach, uniquely to you. I use a holistic, integrated approach to help you feel more empowered and in control to find your inner shine!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I focus on building rapport with my clients to create a safe space to break down their walls and share freely and openly. We will focus on building your confidence and finding your inner shine. Ultimately, you are in control throughout this process.
