What is your typical process for working with clients?

Leah believes therapy should have a strong foundation based on rapport and shared goals, meaning laying some ground work is important "before diving in" so everyone is on the same page. After collaborating to get clear on the goal of therapy, Leah works with clients to explore what has worked well in the past and what has not. We keep the good stuff and scrap the bad while working to introduce new tools to cope and heal. Leah believes clients have strengths that can be refined and leveraged in therapy.
