I"m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with anxiety,depression, life transitions and relationship challenges. In addition, I work with individuals with autism and learning disabilities. I use a variety of modalities including somatic intervention, dialectical behavior therapy, internal family systems, and attachment-based therapy. My goal is for each persons therapy expereince to be client centered and tailored to their unique needs. I am commited to creating a safe space where I can accompany you on your journey to finding peace within.
