Hello, I'm Lee Anne. I enjoy helping others reach goals and find a place of happiness in their lives. Life is tough and can be unfair. We become faced with heartbreaks and afflictions. It is normal for us to go through difficult times where we feel sad, bitter, angry, or just 'stuck in a rut.' My specialties include adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, PTSD, addiction, anger management, anxiety, children's mental/behavioral health, depression, eating disorders, family relationships, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, dissociative disorders, grief/bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, multicultural/diversity issues, intimate/romantic relationships, and somatic symptom disorder. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a MA degree, and I conduct virtual sessions for individuals and families through SonderMind Video Telehealth.
