I was never contacted by the office regarding how to join my appointment and I called the office FOUR TIMES with no answer, and no voicemail set up to leave my information. Hard to say whether this was a failure on the clinic’s part or ZocDoc failing to communicate my appointment to them. Either way, this is absolutely unacceptable practice in a field where timely and welcoming care are crucial to the mental health of the patient.
