My focus is to help individuals and couples heal from trauma, navigate relationship challenges, and rebuild connection and trust. I work with clients addressing sexual behavior concerns, LGBTQ+ care, men’s and women’s issues, relational distress, and trauma-related conditions, including PTSD and complex trauma. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore difficult experiences, strengthen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change. My approach is eclectic, trauma-informed, and client-centered, tailored to each person’s goals and lived experience. I draw from attachment and object-relations work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, sexual behavior counseling, and mindfulness-based strategies to support emotional regulation, intimacy, and healthy connection. I value collaboration and curiosity in the therapeutic process and am committed to ongoing growth in my work, including advanced training in human sexuality, to better support individuals and couples navigating complex relational and sexual concerns.
