She believes that her learned listening skills, combined with her intrinsic empathetic qualities, work together to establish a truly deep connection with her clients. She was kind and courteous. She did not offer much help, and she seemed judgemental sometimes. She also seemed quite bored. She might do well with kids, but not anyone above that age.
